It features the latest Hammer strength cardio equipment and Fitbenches; this studio is perfect for more personal, small-group coaching. MANA caters to limited group numbers of 4–8 and follows a strength and conditioning progression to ensure that the aiga (family) achieves results.

TOA

Weights & tempo - is what TOA is all about. Our signature strength class focuses on perfecting your effort, improving your strength. TOA is a group Personal Training session, so expect the music to be a little quieter but the intensity to be just as challenging. Great for building strength, working on technique and feeling confident.
FUNXION

FUNXION

All the great lifts and technical coaching you experience in TOA but with a constantly varying endurance and conditioning layer! We diversify the rep range and number of exercises to test and improve your muscular endurance. Supersets, AMRAPS and EMOMS to condition you more rounded and lifting effectively and efficiently, even when you’re fatigued.
