Our space to immerse yourself, disconnect, work on being free from mind, nourish your whole being, and release what no longer serves you, leaving you feeling replenished. It offers a unique opportunity to deliver a concept class called Talanoa, which combines aspects of group therapy with breath work, mindfulness, and conversation in a 50-minute session.

The space also includes various yoga styles, breathing workshops, sound baths, and instruction on meditation, prayer, and mindfulness. The purpose of HARMONY is to equip members with tools inside the SOH framework.

Beats & Balance is the perfect way to start your day or wind down after a long one. This yoga fusion class is set to curated music flows that will help you find union with your tino (body), agaga (spirit), the beats and find your balance.

Sorry ladies, this session is designed for the brothers. B&Bs provides a down-to-earth, uso-friendly space and approach to yoga, complete with breathwork, beats, banter, and practical advice. We also address the benefits of yoga, such as increased flexibility, strength, and improved mental clarity, and how yoga can help reduce stress and bring harmony.
Talanoa

Talanoa

Kava and Talanoa (Conversations), is a guided 50-minute session that helps connect to self. It is a mix of breakwork, meditation, and guided conversation modules, and provides a space for people to talanoa (talk). Kava is a plant that has been used for centuries in Polynesian cultures for its ability to induce a state of relaxation and well-being. Combined with conversations, kava can help people explore themselves and connect with their authentic selves. Through Talanoa, we have a safe space.
